Shipping policy

Ocean Sales Group Ltd. uses UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post for shipments within Canada. Our courier methods provide an estimated arrival of 3-10 business days (for most locations) from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to fulfill online orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt. 

For those living in the Calgary, AB area, pick-up at our Calgary location can be arranged by visiting us during M-F business hours, post receiving your "ready for pick-up" email notification. Typically we try to have pickup orders ready within 24 hours.
